Aligned Families is a homeschool consulting business that provides support and resources to help families to align their homeschool choices with their family's needs. We offer a variety of consultation services, digital products, and in-person experiences. We believe that every child is a whole person and it is our job as parents and educators to learn about who they are and to help them know themselves. Our goal is to provide you with the guidance and resources you need to support your children's education and personal development. Whether you're just getting started or you've been homeschooling for years, we are here to support you.

OUR FOUNDER
Alison Hansen
Alison Hansen is a former science teacher of 9 years and non-profit program director of 5 years. She is in her fourth year homeschooling her three children in Linden, Virginia. She has her Master's of Science in Teaching and she owns and operates Aligned Families, LLC. Alison has extensive experience working with children of all ages and their families, including those with special needs. She especially enjoys matching parents with resources to help their children and families find fulfillment.
